So, we have established that you, Libra, (or other balanced and beautiful individuals) have a lot of options in terms of where you will feel at home and inspired to spend a 4-year academic journey. We tried to take into account scenic environments, vibrant cultural scenes, as well as rigorous academics that land within your interests of justice, diplomacy, design, and social sciences.
